Position Descriptions
Direct Support Professional
Work directly with consumers in community based group homes. Assist individuals with mental retardation in all aspects of their daily living, which includes but is not limited to personal hygiene, routine housekeeping, meal preparation, and community outings. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Category: Entry level
Salary: $11.22 per hour
Benefits: 2 weeks Vacation Leave & 5 sick days for full time employees Paid Health, Dental & Life Insurance for full time employees. Prorated leave accrual for part time employees.
Positions Available:
Full Time – Day, Evening and/or Overnight Hours
Part Time – Weekend and/or Evening Hours
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in Health Care Field preferred
English language usage both oral and written
Evening Shift Supervisor
Coordinate the daily operations of a community residential program within the framework of agency policies and procedures. Manage the personnel, facility, resources and consumer services. Direct the activities of assigned direct support professionals to assure quality supports and assistance to consumers.

Salary: $35,000 per year plus benefits

Full Time/Exempt Status
Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday – 1:00pm-9:00pm
Qualifications: College degree preferred with some management experience
Team Leader
Develop, coordinate and oversee the programmatic, personnel and financial resources of multiple community residential programs within the framework of agency policies and procedures to assure program compliance with applicable regulations.
Category:Mid level management
Salary: $50,000 per year plus benefits
Benefits: 2 weeks Vacation Leave & 5 sick days. Paid Health, Dental & Life Insurance.
Positions: Full Time/Exempt Status – Monday to Friday, 12noon to 8pm
Qualifications: College degree with 3 years management experience
